Refund policy

Draveo Studio sells digital products and downloadable software only. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable after the product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, we will consider refund requests in the following situations:

• The customer purchased the same product more than once.
• The customer received an incorrect product.
• The purchased file is corrupted or defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.

Digital products are not physically shipped, and no physical return is required.
