Refund Policy

Draveo Studio sells digital products, downloadable templates, spreadsheets, printable resources, and software. Because digital products can be copied or accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Technical problems

If you experience a genuine technical problem, such as a corrupted file, inaccessible download, or a product that cannot reasonably be used as described, contact us at riponkhan3357@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a short description of the problem. We will first try to provide a replacement, corrected file, or another reasonable solution.

If the problem cannot be resolved, we may issue a refund to the original payment method where appropriate.

When refunds are generally not provided

Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, failure to read the product description, incompatibility with software or devices that were not supported or disclosed, or failure to follow the included instructions.

For software products, compatibility requirements stated on the product page apply. A product being unsuitable for a customer's personal preference does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
